Delivery & Returns Policy for Hopscotch Childrenswear Website

Delivery
Items are normally sent out the next working day via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, most are delivered next day but please do allow up to 7 days to receive your goods. (Note if you are not in, the Post Office hold the package at the Sorting Office for 7 days before returning it to us). For urgent deliveries please contact us.
Postage is free for orders over £20 sent to the UK mainland only, under £20 postage is £3.95. Postage is charged for delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World see Overseas Shipping Charges.
 

Returns
At Hopscotch Childrenswear we feel sure that you will be delighted with your purchase from the moment you receive your items. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that you return the goods in their original condition with all packaging and labelling intact and we will issue you with a full refund for the items (we are unable to refund postage). For overseas orders above £75 if the return reduces the original order below this amount we reserve the right to deduct the postage that would have been charged.

Christmas Returns
Unsuitable items ordered in December should be returned by January 8th. A credit note will be given if this falls outside of our normal 14 day money back period.

Please note that unless a product is defective, all returned goods are sent at your cost and risk. We are unable to accept items which have not had the correct amount of postage paid. We suggest that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which will allow you to insure the goods as well as obtain a signature upon delivery.

If possible please contact us to let us know what you are returning, especially if you require an alternative size. Please send returns to:

No liability can be accepted for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days if in stock. Please try our products carefully and indoors. If you need to change them for larger or smaller sizes, please return them, marking the outer package ‘returned goods’, and enclose a note explaining the action required. We will dispatch a replacement at no extra postage cost (UK only). Full refund given (less p&p) for goods returned unworn/unused within 14 days.

We offer telephone support during normal office hours. For other times there is a 24 hour answering service.
 

Liability

Please note that Hopscotch Childrenswear does not accept liability for faulty products, but are happy to refund or exchange any unsatisfactory items purchased from us.
