Registration
Registration is not required to shop with us, but is optional if you wish to make repeat purchases quickly and easily. If you would like to register with us you can do so here. Fill in all the required fields and click save at the end of form.

Ordering
Product options must be selected before any items can be added to the basket.  You can then add products to your shopping cart. You can view your basket at any time by clicking on the View Basket link at the top of every page or continue shopping.

Overseas Ordering

We have had a tremendous amount of enquiries from all over Europe, the Far East, The United States, Canada, South America, Australia and beyond looking to purchase children's clothing, children's toys and gift items. As a result we now deliver all across the globe - to the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. For our valued British customers who have helped our business to grow, we offer free shipping to all Mainland UK deliveries. For our international customers we offer free shipping on all orders over £75. For all other shipping rates, see below:

No Charge for orders over £15.00, under £15.00 - £2.95. Posted by 1st Class Signed For service, items usually arrive the next day. Except for heavier wooden toys which will be sent by Parcelforce, delivery 3 - 4 days.

Sizing
As all makes vary, after each item there is an indication of the fit for the average child. If a child is noticeably larger or smaller than average for their age we recommend that you buy an older or younger garment.

We had a shop until recently so we are used to advising our customers on sizing, particularly when they are gifts. If you are still in doubt as to the size you require or want us to check your order, e-mail us with the childs age in years and months and the relevant details for the item e.g. stature (slim, average, robust) and height (small, average, tall) and anything else you may think is important and we will send you the appropriate size.

Gift Service
There is a small charge of £1.00 for this service.The item will be appropriately gift wrapped with a gift tag attached. Greeting cards are also available if required.

Check Out
Once you have added items to your shopping cart for purchase the display will change again to allow you to purchase (check out) or modify your order. To continue to purchase online, select "Check Out" (if you have not yet logged in the system will prompt you for your login details), enter your shipping and invoice details into the spaces provided and click "continue" when complete. Enter your payment details into the next page and click "Continue" when complete.

What happens next?
After submitting your order you will be sent an Order Confirmation e-mail to let you know that we have received your order. If you do not receive this e-mail please contact us for assistance.
Your order will be processed immediately and items that are in stock will be shipped. We will contact you if any items on your order are likely to take more than 5 days to come into stock. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped a Shipment Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you detailing both the order summary. Once the items are dispatched you will be sent an invoice.

Next time you visit the site it will only be necessary to login to place an order.

We will let you know if products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order. We will refund amounts already paid by way of a credit to your credit or debit card.

We take security very seriously
When you submit your credit card details at the checkout, the information will be encrypted before leaving your computer. This information will remain encrypted until it is received by our secure server at which stage the information you have provided will be verified. A confirmation that your order has been received safely will be displayed on your screen a few moments later. You will also be e-mailed an order confirmation after further processing.
